MLB posted a new post on its official X account on the 15th (16th Japan time). It referred to a photo of Dekopin posted by Dodgers pitcher Shohei Ohtani on Instagram, and introduced it with the words, "Shohei posted a photo of a decoy and said 'eyes'," along with two crying and laughing emojis.

Dekopin stares at Ohtani from under the bed and then on the bed. Ohtani posted with three eye emojis. Does he want to play or sleep with him? His eyes, pleading for something, seem to have captured the heart of MLB officials.

MLB has been completely hooked on Dekopin since he threw the opening pitch at Dodger Stadium in August last year. They introduced him as appearing in public places such as the victory parade, and a "decoy camera" was also used at the MVP award press conference in November of the same year. It also captured him running away from Ohtani and Mamiko.
