IMP. is a seven-member group belonging to TOBE, represented by Hideaki Takizawa (41). Takuya Kageyama (26) will be starring in the stage play ``Let's go on the Star Train'' (July 27th to August 19th, Minamiza, Kyoto; August 23rd to 26th, Misonoza, Aichi) for the first time. They announced on the 14th.

The story depicts the struggles of young men based on the theme of a legendary train that is said to help you find your dreams. The production will be directed by Kabuki actor Tamasaburo Bando (73).

Kageyama strongly promoted the work by saying, ``In addition to acting, there are singing scenes, and there are many familiar songs, so I hope that this work can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations.'' ``I want to perform with all my heart and soul so that it remains in everyone's memories,'' he said enthusiastically.

Tamasaburo said, ``Within this great universe, ``Let's Go on the Star Train'' will soothe the anxious hearts of today's young people. I'm very happy to be able to direct this movie with new actors, and I'm looking forward to it.''

Co-stars include Satoshi Matsuda (45), Ryunosuke Matsumura (30), and Kazutaka Ishii (56).
