A media personality Nanako Fujisaki (46) updated her official blog on the 12th, revealing that she has been diagnosed with a cerebral infarction.

Fujisaki wrote on her blog, "I'm at an age where my body starts to break down in various ways... I've been having dizziness lately, so I went to the hospital and had a doctor examine me and took an MRI." She continued, "I was called back into the examination room. I sat down in the chair, hoping that there was nothing wrong, when the doctor said, 'You see that small, fuzzy thing here? This is a cerebral infarction.' What? A cerebral infarction?!" she recalled.

After receiving an explanation from the doctor, Fujisaki said, "It seems to be a fairly common phenomenon for people my age. It often goes unnoticed. I was surprised!" Furthermore, she revealed that a larger problem had been discovered, saying, "The doctor showed me the MRI images and explained that I had a small aneurysm. When it gets to about 5 millimeters, they have to consider treatment. Mine is still small, so he told me to get another MRI in two years."

Despite the shocking results, Fujisaki remained positive, saying, "After I felt dizzy, I was lucky that they found the aneurysm when they took an MRI. If they had found it five years later, I might have been able to get treatment right away, or at worst, it might have happened after I collapsed." She continued, "I was worried about whether to write about this, but I really felt the importance of getting tested, so I decided to write about it to share the information. If you think something is wrong, even if it's just a little bit, please get tested. If there's nothing, that's great! If there is something, it's lucky if we can find it as soon as possible."
