Former K-1 champion Masato (45) updated his Instagram on April 6th. He revealed his toned upper body and wrote, "I got into shape after about two months of training with Mr. Wada. Now all I have to do is relieve the fatigue."

Masato is scheduled to appear on the TBS program "Strongest Athlete Men's Summit Battle 2024" on April 3rd. He has always maintained the same physique as when he was active, but it seems that he has become even more refined through serious training.

People were surprised that his face looked slimmer with the hat on. Comments included, "I thought it was a look-alike," "I thought it was a different person," "Has he lost weight? His face is different," "He's really toned!" and "He's toned up a lot, hasn't he?"
