On the 20th, model and actress Kōki, attended the opening day stage greeting for her starring movie "True Beauty: Before High School Debut" in Tokyo, along with actors Watanabe Keisuke and Tsuna Hironaga.

Kōki, appeared in a gorgeous dress and gave the audience heart poses, hand gestures, and other fan service with a big smile. She savored her joy, saying, "I'm really happy that this day has finally come."

This work is a romantic comedy about a heroine who is bullied for not being plain, but who transforms into a "goddess" through makeup that makes her look like a completely different person. Kōki plays the main character, Reina Tanigawa.

Towards the end of the event, Kōki, was trying to express her feelings about the film when she suddenly burst into tears. "I was trying to hold it in, but," she said, as tears welled up inside her. "I was able to participate in this film and meet my favorite director, my wonderful co-stars, and the staff. And I was able to discover a new me," she said with deep emotion. "One of the messages of the film is 'never give up on becoming who you want to be.' And I think this film will bring lots of smiles and courage, so I would be really happy if many people could see it."

The moment Kōki shed tears, Watanabe, who played the role of a classmate who competes with Tsuna for Reina, suddenly handed him a handkerchief, a scene straight out of the film, which elicited screams of delight.
